Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 8, 2026

1. Overview

QuantumGreen Immigration LLC (“QuantumGreen,” “we,” “us”) provides educational resources for self-petitioning US employment-based immigration. This policy explains what information we collect when you sign up for our resources and how we handle it. We collect as little as possible.

2. Information we collect

We collect the email address you provide when you sign up to receive our educational materials. We do not ask for, and the signup does not require, your name, immigration status, case details, or any other personal information.

3. How we use it

When you submit the signup form, your email address is used to send you the educational materials you asked for, namely the approved petition and a one-page summary. Your address is also added to our mailing list, which we use to send occasional updates about QuantumGreen’s educational resources. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address.

4. How it is processed and stored

Subscriber email addresses are stored with Kit (kit.com, formerly ConvertKit), an email marketing platform that hosts our mailing list and sends our emails on our behalf. When you submit the form, a notification of your signup is also sent to us using Resend (resend.com), an email delivery service. We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address.

The site itself is hosted on Vercel, which processes IP addresses and request metadata in its server logs for security and to deliver the site. Those logs are retained for a limited period.

5. Cookies and analytics

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are visited. It is cookieless, so it stores no cookies on your device. It does record the pages you view, the site that referred you, any UTM parameters in the URL, the country derived from your IP address, and your browser, operating system and device type. It also uses a temporary hashed identifier that resets every 24 hours, so it cannot identify a visitor across days. We may also record which pages or downloads a visitor uses, without personal information, to see which content is useful. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking. For details, see Vercel’s privacy policy.

Fonts. This site loads the Inter and Source Serif 4 typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser sends a request to Google to fetch them, and that request includes your IP address. For details, see Google’s privacy policy.

6. Your rights

  • Opt out. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and we will.
  • Deletion. You can ask us to delete your email address, and we will remove it from our mailing list and our records.
  • Access. You can ask what information we hold about you.

7. Data retention

We keep your email address on our mailing list only as long as needed to send you the materials you requested and any follow-up you have asked for. If you request deletion, we remove it from our mailing list and our records.

8. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, email ryan@quantumgreen.org.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above.
