QuantumGreen Immigration LLC (“QuantumGreen,” “we,” “us”) provides educational resources and reference materials about self-petitioning US employment-based immigration. By accessing this site or signing up for our materials, you agree to these terms.

2. Not legal services or advice

QuantumGreen is not a law firm. Nothing we provide is legal advice, legal services, or a substitute for advice from a licensed immigration attorney. Our materials are general educational references and may not apply to your specific circumstances. We strongly recommend that you consult a licensed immigration attorney and obtain attorney review of any petition before filing.

3. No attorney-client relationship

Using this site, signing up for our resources, or communicating with us does not create an attorney-client relationship. We do not represent you before USCIS or any other agency.

4. Intellectual property

Except where otherwise noted, the content, methodology, and design of this site are owned by QuantumGreen and provided for your personal, educational use. You may not resell or commercially redistribute our materials without permission.

5. Open-source reference petition

The reference EB-1A petition is made available as an open-source resource under the terms of its applicable open-source license, as stated in the repository where it is published. Your use of that material is governed by that license.

6. No warranties

Our resources are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the materials are accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your situation, and we do not guarantee any immigration outcome.
